At Neels, we strive to provide you with a pleasant and hassle-free shopping experience. All our policies and terms are carefully crafted to ensure your comfort and convenience. Please take a moment to review our policies before you make your purchases.

We understand the importance of prompt and secure shipping. In line with that, we've partnered with some of the most esteemed domestic and international courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DHL, and Aramex, to ensure seamless and prompt delivery of all orders.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Charges: Neels offers FREE SHIPPING across India for all orders above ₹2399, be it prepaid or cash on delivery (COD). For international orders, an additional shipping fee is levied, which is calculated based on the weight of the parcel at the time of checkout.

Tax and duties: Note that many countries levy import duties, customs charges, and taxes on incoming goods. All such additional charges must be borne directly by the customer. We recommend looking into your country's tax policies before placing an order. Once the order is placed, it's important to note that we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders.

Timelines: As all our outfits are handcrafted, it takes us 5-7 working days from the order placement date to dispatch both domestic and international orders. However, in case of urgency, you can always reach out to us at 8861005000. Note that there may be an additional delay of 8-12 days during high-volume periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as political unrest, etc. We will keep you informed about any delays in dispatch via mail or call.

Receiving Order Guidelines: Since we ship your orders via third-party agencies, we aim to ensure that your parcel reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, we request you not to accept the order and instead, record a video and take photos of the parcel. You can email these along with your order number so that we can address the issue as promptly as possible.

Process: When you place an order on our website, we process your order right away. Once your outfit(s) pass our multi-level quality checks and gets packed securely, we hand it over to our trusted delivery partners. You're informed via SMS or WhatsApp about the dispatch of your order along with a unique tracking ID that allows you to monitor your delivery on the courier partner's official website.

PAYMENT POLICY
Worldwide shipping: We provide shipping to over 220 destinations worldwide. You can verify the shipping eligibility for your location at the time of checkout.

Prepaid & COD Orders: Prepaid and COD orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. You can submit your cancellation request at contact@neelsonline.com or reach out to us at +91-8861005000 from Monday to Saturday (10:00 am till 6:00 pm).

Payment Options: We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience – major debit and credit cards, net banking, recognized eWallets, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (the latter being offered for a maximum order value of ₹10,000 for domestic orders). For international orders, we accept prepaid payments via all major MasterCard, American Express, and Visa cards as well as recognized payment gateways such as PayPal and PayU.
